PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through Paypal, a totally secure way to pay. Your financial information is stored on Paypal’s secure servers and we are notified when your payment has been processed. We never see your personal financial information. With Paypal, you may pay with your bank account or a credit card. If you choose to pay with an E-check, your shipment may be delayed 2-3 days until Paypal can confirm the funds in your bank account. We collect 8.75% sales tax for all purchases made in California.
We do the best we can to give as much information as possible about a product, and though we can’t guarantee color because everyone’s monitor differs slightly, the colors are published as true as possible. For our Original Pillows, we can send you free fabric swatches to help you make a decision. Just email us your request. We want to do everything we can to guarantee your satisfaction. Please feel free to email or phone us with any questions you may have regarding any product or policies. We want you to be confident about your purchase! If you feel something you purchased does not live up to your expectations, please contact us within 5 days to arrange for a return. Since many of our items are one of a kind, we ask that the item be returned as quickly as possible, with all the original packing materials. If we made a mistake regarding something we sent to you, we will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise we cannot refund shipping charges.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Some items come from us in California and if they have been on display in our showroom, they may not be in their original boxes. Other items may come directly from the manufacturer, so all items purchased may not arrive at the same time or in the same box. If we anticipate a delay of more than 48 hours to ship your order, you will be notified by email. We use a variety of shipping methods, including priority mail, parcel post, or Ground service with USPS, Fed Ex or UPS, at our discretion. We automatically insure everything over $100, and if shipped via UPS or Fed Ex, your purchase is automatically covered up to $100 at no additional cost. If you would like an expedited shipping service please email us for a rate prior to purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping costs shown are only for the continental US. If you would like something shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a US territory,an APO address,or Canada, please email us first for a quote. Canada is the only international shipping we presently accomodate.
